When we first discovered Haydenville Broomworks in Middlebury, Vermont we were smitten with the natural beauty and practicality of their creations. We especially love their Shaker potscrubbers, which are handmade in Vermont from broom corn. We asked if they would let us try our hand at designing a holder for them and they said yes!
So we then approached our absolute favorite Vermont potter - Amanda Ann Palmer. We've been using her mugs for years since first discovering them at our local holiday market. Turns out, she lives only two doors down from our son's school (Vermont really is a small world). After some back and forth and a couple of tweaks we settled on this design and are really pleased with the result. It's aesthetically beautiful, practical and unique - and it's exclusive to Vermont Crafted Goods Co.
Given the handmade nature and time it takes to make these, we only have a limited supply at any given time and they sell quickly! Not to worry, we plan to carry them for the long term. If the set is sold out, send us a note and we'll alert you when it re-stocks.
